GENERAL FEATURES

The DentaLab/PC II system is a comprehensive set of software designed to fulfill the special information needs of the dental laboratory industry. It has been developed for use with Microsoft Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP Professional. The system is offered in modules called building blocks so that each laboratory can select according to its own business requirements.

The standard set of building blocks include:

BB1: Base System: Accounts Receivable/Sales and Production Analysis
BB2: Production Scheduling and Capacity Planning, Account Communication
BB3: Business Development
BB4: Technician Productivity

In addition, there are several specialized modules:

BARCODE SUPPLEMENT
This supplements BB1, BB2 and BB4 for barcoded work tickets, technician codes and item codes for case tracking and technician productivity.

CRYSTAL REPORTS SUPPLEMENT
This provides a licensed copy of Crystal Reports for Btrieve/Pervasive SQL and a data dictionary for DentaLab/PC II records so that you can create your own reports, queries, graphs and data transfers.

SYSTEM FORMS

QUICKBOOKS INTERFACE
This provides for creating a datafile formatted for QuickBooks to transfer sales and accounts receivable data from DentaLab/PC II to QuickBooks.

CUSTOM SERVICES
We offer custom services to those laboratories that have special requirements.
