Accounts Receivable/Sales and Production Analysis
The basic DentaLab/PC II system enables you to organize your accounts
receivable, sales and production activities. You will create master
files for accounts, price lists, sales and production categories.
Standard daily invoices and monthly account statements are printed
in portrait mode on letter size paper. If you prefer, you can request
custom setups for your forms for use with plain or preprinted paper. In
addition to the features found in most accounts receivable systems,
there are many special considerations for the needs of a dental
laboratory, such as handling the special preferences of doctors,
individual item pricing for doctors, flexible discounts and service
charges, quotations and estimates, case invoice histories with patient
and shade information and remake analysis.

- Sales history analysis for any twelve-month period by customer and department
- Sales Rankings: month-to date and year-to-date
- Up-to-date customer A/R ledgers and summary information available at all times
- Mid-month ledgers, statements and aged balance reports
- Reports on accounts serviced/not serviced this month or since specified date
- Monthly A/R report on all activity plus Aged Balances for six categories
- Debits/credits for transfer to General Ledger
- Analysis of sales by salesman/territory, customer, product service
- Analysis of production by product group, department
- Comparative Sales Analysis: variations between years
- Forms can be reprinted if needed
